Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup walnuts, chopped, optional
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup plus 1 Tablespoon buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes or 1 hour in a convection oven. DO NOT DOUBLE RECIPE.
