Ingredients

1 1/2c flour

1 c + 2T sugar

2 t ground cinnamon

1 t baking soda

1/2 t salt

1 c mashed ripe bananas (2-3)

2 large eggs

1/2 c vegetable oil

1/4c honey

1/4 c water

2/12 T packed brown sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. Butter and flour 9x5x3 inche metal baking pan. Whisk 1/12 c flour, 1 c sugar, 1 t cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in med bowl. Whisk next 5 ingr in large bowl until smooth. Add dry ingredients. Stir to blend. Transfer batter to pan. Mix 2 T sugar, i 1 cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle over batter. Bake bread until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hr. Cool bread in pan 30 mins. Turn pan on its side, slide out bread. Let cool completely.
