1/2 c dark choc chunks (79 g)
35 g walnuts
180 g flour
1 1/4 t b soda
1/4 t salt
1 lb ripe bananas
1/4 c oil
1/2 c (100g) sugar
1 egg
1/4 c sour cream (58g)
Preparation
oven 350’ grease loaf pan put choc and walnut in bowl, add 2 T flour put rest of flour and b soda and salt in bowl put bananas in chunks in mixer bowl, beat with paddle will smooth (1 cup) add oil, sugar, egg and sour cream. mix well and add dry ing., choc mixture. Bake for 60"
