1 table spoon almond butter

1/2 cup regular soy milk

1/3 cup plain nonfat frozen yogurt

3 chopped dates

handful of ice cubes

1/2 banana

optional: protein, wheat germ, flax seed powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker for about 1-2 minutes or until it reaches a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
