Ingredients

4 ripe bananas or plantains

1 egg

1 cup flour

1 tbs sugar (more for plantains)

oil for frying

1/2 cup milk

1/8 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

peel and mash the bananas. Add sugar, nutmeg and 1 beaten egg. Stir Well. Add milk and flour. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into hot oil and fry on both sides. Sprinkle with powder or granulated sugar and serve!
