Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons sour milk (1/4 cup milk with 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice)
3 ripe bananas
2 beaten eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 and grease muffin tin.
Cream sugar and butter, then add milk, bananas, and eggs. Add dry ingredients, then fold in nuts.
Fill muffin tin and bake for 1 hour.
