Ingredients

1 1/3 cups quick cooking oats

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup mashed bananas

1/4 cup skim milk

2 egg whites

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix together bananas, egg whites, milk, and vanilla. Beat all together.

  3. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan which has been greased for approx 35 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Cinnamon can be sprinkled on top if desired.
