Ingredients
1 C flour
1 T sugar
2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 egg beaten
1 C milk
2 T vegetable oil
2 very ripe bananas
1/2 C walnuts
1/4 t cinnamon
1/2 t vanilla
Preparation
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and walnuts. In a separate bowl mash bananas then add egg, milk and vegetable oil to bananas. Mix wet and dry ingredients into a lumpy batter. Heat a lightly oiled griddle over med-hi. Use 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until browned.
