Ingredients
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
3 3 oz pkg. cream cheese
2 bananas, cut in 1" chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp lemon peel
1/2 pint cour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
conbine meled butter, sugar and chocolate cookie crumbs and press into pie plate
For filling combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and lemon peal, than stir in bananas
For topping, combine sour cream, 2 tbsp sugar and vanilla.
Garnish with sliced bananas coated with lemon juice and chocolate curls (shavings)
