Ingredients

2 ¼ cup sifted flour

½ tsp. baking soda

½ cup softened butter

2 cups sliced ripe bananas (2 large)

1 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. salt

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

½ cup sour cream

Preparation

Combine butter, sugar and bananas in a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer until blended. Beat in eggs, then sour cream. Fold in sifted dry ingredients, stirring just to blend. Fill muffin tins ¾’s full. Bake at 350F, for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
