Ingredients
1 pck Pillsbury Plus Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 c butter, softened
1 egg
1 c Pillsbury milk chocolate frosting supreme
3 small bananas sliced
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp boiling water
3 c whipped cream
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine cake mix, butter, and egg. Mix at low speed until crumbly. Press into bottom of ungreased 13x9 in pan.
- Bake 12-15 min or until light golden brown. Let cool.
- Spread 3/4 c frosting over base. Arrange bananas in single layer over frosting.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In large bowl combine dissolved gelatin and remaining frosting; beat until well combined. Add cream cheese and 1/3 of whipped cream; beat until smooth. Spread evenly over bananas. Spread remaining whipped cream over top of dessert.
- Refrigerate over night.
