Ingredients
6 ounces of cold milk
1 medium-to-large banana (the riper the better)
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
Preparation
Pour 6 oz. of cold milk in blender. Break up a banana into the blender in 1" chunks. Add 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter. Blend one full minute. Pour in a large glass. Rinse out your blender ASAP!
