Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup oak flakes

3 ripe bananas mushed with a fork

1 cup milk

2/3 cup of sugar

1 egg

4 tbsp of veg. oil

1 tbsp cacao powder

2 tea sp baking powder

1 dark chocolate bar (100 grams), well-chopped

100 grams fo pecans/wallnuts

Preparation

Mix in seperate bowls:

  • in larger one all dry ingredients (flour, flakes, sugar, cacao, baking powder)
  • in the other one wet ingredients (bananas, oil, milk, egg).

After that, mix all in a larger bowl. Add chopped chocolate and pecans and mix. Put dough into muffin forms (up to 2/3 of height in each). Heat the oven upto 190 Celsius (375 F). Put the muffins inside, bake 20 minutes. Pull out to cool down.

Serve after cooling down.
