Ingredients

8-9 average size over-ripe bananas

2 Tbl. Splenda

1/2 cup fat-free milk

6 oz. dark chocolate (60% or more cocoa)

Preparation

Blend bananas in a mixing bowl. Add milk and splenda and mix well. Pour mixture into ice cube trays or small molds. When bananas are frozen solid pop out of molds.

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. When liquid, spoon on top and sides of frozen banana shapes. Chocolate quickly hardens.

Eat immediately or store covered in freezer.
