One banana per person
Good quality crumbled chocolate
Honey
Baking foil
Preparation
Slit the banana top to bottom along the inside curve and bend inward slightly so skin opens. Lightly mash the inside. You should be left with something a little like a banana longboat. Place the banana on a good size rectangle of baking foil and scrunch it up round the base so the banana boat is sort of sitting in a tinfoil boat (I hope you get what I mean). Put some crumbled chocolate and a drizzle of honey into each banana boat. Place on barbecue (not too hot) untill heated well through so that the chocolate starts to go melty.
