Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons salted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons dark rum
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups bananas, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
Preparation
In a large saute pan over medium heat, stir together butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, dark rum and cinnamon.
When Mixture is Syrupy, toss fruit in syrup just till heated through, a few minutes.
