Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, shelled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1.5-2T Thai hot chili sauce
1.4t white pepper
1/4t white vinegar
1/2-3/4 cup cornstarch, to coat the shrimp in
Preparation
1.Mix mayo and sauces for coating. 2. Bread shrimp in cornstarch. 3.Deep fat fry the shrimp until lightly brown. 4.Drain on paper towel, put shrimp in a bowl and coat with the sauce. 5. Serve in a shredded iceberg lettuce lined bowl, top with chopped scallions.
