Ingredients
2 x 12 oz Pack of frozen popcorn shrimp
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
¼ Cup Sour cream
¼ Cup Sweet Chili Sauce with Garlic
5 oz Packaged Spring lettuce mix
Lemon wedges for garnish
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spread shrimp on baking tray. Heat for 10-12 mins. Meanwhile mix Mayo, Sour Cream and Chili sauce in a large bowl. Prepare bed of greens on serving platter. Toss shrimp in sauce and arrange over greens. Garnish with lemon wedges.
Serves 6 - 8 as an appetizer.
