1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Helmann’s Mayonnaise
1 t. cinnamon
4 ripe bannanas
1/2 cup milk
1 t baking soda
1/2 cup- pecans- chopped or chunked
Preparation
Preperation Cream Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, brown sugar and white sugar. Add smashed bannanas, milk, cinnamon & baking soda. Beat until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour evenly into 2 large greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes.
