Ingredients

24oz pkg frozen corn cooked per directions

1 8oz pkg cream cheese

1/2 stick butter or 1 stick of butter (your choice)

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup-1/2 cup jar of chopped jalapeno slices

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Prepare corn as instructed. Soften butter and cream cheese in microwave. Add milk, peppers and corn to butter and cream cheese, a dash of salt and pepper, then mix and pour into square casserole dish, making sure it’s spread evenly. Top with crushed White Cheddar Cheez-Its (or Cheddar Pop Chips). Dot with bits of butter. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until casserole is nice and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
