Ingredients

12 C. Chopped Dry Bread

1 C. Butter

1 C. Minced Onion

2 C. Chopped Celery

1 1/4 T. Salt

1 tsp. Pepper

1 1/4 T. Mixture of Sage, Thyme & Marjoram

1/2 to 1 C. Boullion

2 Eggs

Preparation

Melt butter, add onions, celery, salt, pepper and herb mixture. Cook until yellow. In separate bowl, mix butter mixture with bread, add eggs. Add boullion, until moist. Mix thoroughly. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hr.
