Ingredients
5-6 large sweet onions
1/2 cup butter
1/2 can cr. of chic soup
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
4-6 slices french bread (I’ve used other breads)
Preparation
Saute onions in butter until soft. Spread in Casserole dish. Mix 1/2 can cream of chic. soup, milk and worcestershire sauce. Spread over onions. Top with cheese. Butter french bread and cut into crouton size squares and spread over top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. Can be frozen and baked later.
