Ingredients

Any chicken works but skinless is best.

2 cans chopped tomatoes (optional)

2 medium onions chopped or 1 tablespoon onion powder

1 cup water

1/2 tablespoon chili powder

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 cup ketsup

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1/3 cup worcestershire

4 cloves garlic or 1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/8 teablespoon tabasco sauce (more if you like the hot)

a little brown sugar and molasses if you like it sweet

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high 2-3 hours.
