Ingredients

1 cup ketchup

1 cup cider vinegar

1 cup water

4 Tbs (70g) light bown sugar packed

1/2 cup ball park mustard

1 stick butter, margarine or oil

2 tsp salt

1 tsp red pepper

1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

8-10 lbs chicken cut up

Preparation

in 2 qt pan cook all ingredients except chicken about 30 minutes to thicken. Sear chicken skin side down, turn and grill the pieces bone side down until golden brown. Remove from grill and cover with non stick foil. spoon on sauce and grill skin side down about 10 minutes then turn and repeat. continue basting and turning cook about 50-60 minutes until juice runs clear
