Ingredients

3 Tbsp Orange Marmalade

3 Cups Ketchup

1/2 Tsp Ground Allspice

1 Tbsp Chili Powder

6 Tbsp Brown Sugar

6 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

3 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

3 Tbsp Brown Mustard

3 Garlic Cloves (through press)

3 Big Dashes of Tabasco Sauce

1 Bay Leaf

3 Tbsp Butter

1 Tsp fresh grated ginger

1 Tsp Liquid Smoke

Preparation

Melt the marmalade and remove peel bits. Add everything to a pot and heat on medium, reducing to simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the bay leaf and run the sauce through a blender to chop up any remaining peel (to help the sauce move through the spout easier). Store in 32 Oz plastic Ketchup bottle.
