Ingredients

3 c apple cider vinegar

1/4 c ketchup

1 tbsp crushed red pepper

1 tbsp hot sauce

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 (2 lb) packages pork tenderloin

Preparation

Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil in large saucepan over med-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 min. Reserve 1 c mixture. Grill pork, without grill lid, over med-high heat (350 to 400) 10 to 12 min on each side or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion regisers 155, basting often with remaining vinegar mixture. Removed from grill, and let stand 10 min untikl temp registers 160. Serve with reserved vinegar mixture
