Baby Back Ribs in a slab (1 lb to 1/2 lb per serving - or less).

Favorite rub

Favorite BBQ Sauce

Preparation

Apply rub to ribs, let “stew” for a while - overnight if you like. Gas or Charcoal - indirect grilling. “On” side to “high” Turn and rotate once every ten minutes for 1 hour to 1 1/4 hour. Last few turns, baste with BBQ sauce, or don’t baste at all and spoon sauce on ribs as they are eaten. Your choice. I like to baste. Experiment.
