Ingredients
1 and 1/2 chicken breasts
1/4 cp olive oil
1/2 cp minced onion
1/4 cp minced celery
1/2 cp catsup
2 T lemon juice
1 T brown sugar
1 T Worceshire sauce
1 T Vinegar
1 T prepared mustard
1/3 cp water
Preparation
Brown chicken slowly in oil. Remove & place in baking dish. Add onion and celery. Cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes. Skim off excess fat. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered for 1 & 1/4 hr. 325 degrees Baste every 15 minutes.
