Ingredients

1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar

1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Ketchup

1/4 Cup Chili Sauce

1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

1 Small Onion, finely chopped

2 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped

1 Tsp Dry Mustard

1 Tblsp Lemon Juice

1/4 Tsp Cayenne

Few Drops Liquid Smoke, to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, bring to a boil then simmer for 1 hour. If doubling or tripling recipe, simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Chill & store in fridge.
