Ingredients
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
3 T packed brown sugan
1/4 t ground ginger
Preparation
Combine sauce ingredients in heavy small saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper. Cook until brown. Brush 1 side with sauce, turn and cook until sauce bubbles, about 1 min. Glaze other side, turn, cook til sauce bubbles.
