Ingredients

Salmon (steaks or whole fish)

1/4 Cup of Olive Oil

1/4 Cup of Maple Syrup

(you can use more or less of these ingredients but they must be equal parts)

2 Tblsp brown sugar

Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Barbeque over medium heat with the lid down in a tinfoil pan and baste salmon often

Salmon is done when white bubbles and a shiny gloss appear on the top of the fish.
