Ingredients
1 c ketchup
1/2 c vinegar
1 ts curry
1/4 ts cayenne pepper
1/4 ts pepper
2 ts salt
2 tb brown sugar
1/2 ts dry mustard
1 c beef soup stock
1 la onion
3 cl garlic
2 ra ribs
Preparation
Brown meat. Saute onions and garlic. Add all other ingredients and simmer 11/2 hours In slow cooker just combine all ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with rice.
