Ingredients

3 whold boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise

2 cloves garlic minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 8oz. container of sour cream

1/2 cup shredded motzerella cheese

1/4 cup dry white wine

1 6oz. jar artichoke hearts drained & halved

Hot cooked fettuccini noodles

Preparation

In 12in. skillet cook garlic in hot butter 4-5 seconds. Add chicken and cook 5 min., turning once. In medium mixing bowl stir together: chicken soup, sour cream, motzerella cheese, dry white wine. Add to skillet, cover and cook 5-7 min. Add artichokes to sauce, cover and cook 1-2 min. Serve over hot cooked noodles!
