Ingredients

1 beef roast, cut in cubes

2 cups red wine

16 potatoes, cut in cubes

16 carrots, cut in rounds

1 stalk celery, diced

4 onions, diced

Squash or other disappearing vegetables

2 cans cream of potato soup

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Layer in crock pot. Put on lid and cook on medium heat for 6-8 hours. Stir. Cook one more hour. Serve.
