Ingredients
1/2 cup good basalmic vinegar
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Reduce vinegar and orange juice until a consistancy like syrup. Add honey and cinnamon, and reduce heat, just to melt honey. Use to glaze any fruit you have cooked on the grill, such as pears, apples, peaches, plums, or any fruit large enough to cook without it falling in the grates. It makes a fantastic aroma when grilling, and when served over ice cream, any fruit cooked this way will take you to a whole new level.
