Ingredients
1 large head iceberg lettuce
1 large cucumber
4 med./large tomatoes
1- 6 oz. can black olives
1- 5 oz. bottle spanish olives
1 lb. sharp cheese - diced
1 small red onion thin sliced
1 bottle caesar italian dressing
Preparation
Thoroughly wash and drain lettuce - break out stem. Chop and spread in large aluminum pan. Peel & slice cucumber - spread evenly. Dice tomatoes into bite size pieces - spread evenly. Drain olives - spread evenly. Dice & spread cheese. Cover with red onion slices - don’t use all of it - only enough to compliment the other ingredients. Evenly drizzle bottle of dressing 1/2 hr. before serving.
