Ingredients
1 2/3 cup water
4 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp honey or white sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp gluten flour
2 tsp yeast
Preparation
Place water, margarine, sugar and salt in a glass bowl and micrwave on high for 90 seconds; stir well. Pour one half of the mix into a bread maker pan. Beat eggsinto remaining mix and slao pour into the pan. Measure flour into pan and make a well in the top for the yeast and gluten flour. Set bread maker to ‘dough’ setting. When cycle is finished cut dough into 2 loaves. Let rise in ovenfor 1 hour in pans. Bake at 350oC for 30min.
