Ingredients

Here it is

2c Uncooked brown rice

½ c Sunflower seeds

3 Chopped spring onions

1 finely chopped red and green pepper (1 each)

½ chopped onion

1c roasted peanuts (or raw peanuts and microwave with a tsp. of oil for 5 mins stirring ½ way through and allow to cool)

Preparation

Cook rice and cool. Soak in ½ cup Soya sauce overnight or alt least two hours. Add all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add to salad Combine ½ cup canola oil, 2 crushed garlic and juice of a lemon. Mix through
