Ingredients

1/2 package angel hair pasta

(Sauce) 1 TSP each: soy sauce, vinegar, hot or sessame oil, Chinese BBQ/satay sauce, peanut butter, chopped garlic.

(Garnish) shredded carrot and cucumber

Preparation

  1. Boil pasta until very soft. Rinse with cold water then toss with 1 tsp sesame oil. Rest in fridge.

  2. Wisk sauce until well combined. Dilute slightly with cold water.

  3. Toss noodle with sauce. Top cold noodle with garnish.
