Ingredients

1 lb container of crab meat

1/4 cup of Mayo

1tbs dijon mustard

zest of 1 lemon

juice of 1 lemon

1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

3 tbs chopped parsley

2 egg yolks

1 cup Panko crumbs

Preparation

Whisk all ingredients except crab and panko then add crab until blended, then add panko. Press into cakes and brown over medium heat 3-4 minutes each side in cast iron skillet that has 2tbsbutter and 2tb vegie oil. Serve with lemon and hot sauce.
