Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation
Measure all ingredients into blender jar. Blend for 30 seconds and then scrape down sides. Blend for another 30 seconds or until smooth. Cover and let sit at least 1 hour or up to 12 hours. (flour will absorb more of the liquids)
