Ingredients

3/4 cup flour

3 beaten eggs

3/4 cup milk

1/4 cup water

2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation

Beat flour into eggs until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and let stand 1 hour.

Heat pan until sizzles. Brush lightly with butter. Fill 1/4 cup measurer 2/3 full. Pour into center pan.
