Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans/chick peas (drained)
1 T olive oil
2 T lemon juice
1 T tahini
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 clove of garlic, minced (or more!)
Preparation
Drain chickpeas.
Place ingredients in food processor. Puree until smooth.
Add water to achieve desired consistency (I add ~1 T).
Salt and/or pepper to taste.
