cup unseasoned dry bread or cracker crumbs

small onion, chopped

Preparation

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except oil; mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 to 2-inch meatballs.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add meatballs; cook 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning occasionally. Drain.
