Ingredients
8 Medium Potatoes
2 Carrots
1 Large Onion
4 cups Vegetable Broth
1/4 cup Flour
1 cup Milk
2 tbsp Butter
1 cup Water
Preparation
Skin potatoes, carrots and onions. Cube potatoes, slice carrots and dice onions. Add potatoes, carrots, onions and broth into crock pot. Cook on high for 6 hours. Mix flour and one cup water then add flour mixture, butter and milk to the pot for the last 30 minutes of cook time.
