Ingredients

1 Onion, diced

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tin Whole or Chopped Tomatoes

Half glass white wine

1 Stock Cube, a little water

2 tsp sugar

2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Heat the oil in a frying pan, cook the onions until transluscent on medium heat. Add the rest of the ingredients, let the sauce simmer until thick enough for your tastes.
