Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbs sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups milk
3/4 stick (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temp.
2 large eggs
Vegetable oil for waffle iron
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients.
Whisk together wet ingredients and fold into dry ingredients.
Heat a nonstick or well-seasoned waffle iron to medium high. Brush lightly with oil or melted butter. With electric waffle iron cook until beeps.
