Ingredients

3 15 oz. cans cut sweet potatoes, dained

1/2 c half & half

2 tbsp butter, softened

2 tbsp chopped basil

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Salt and pepper to tast

1/2 c chopped pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Min med bowl, combine first seven ingredients and blend with electirc mixer or food processor. Transfer mixture to greased 9x9 baking dish and smooth surface. Top with chopped pecans. Cover and bake 20 min; remove cover and bake 10 more min
