Ingredients
2 C Fresh Basil
1/2 C Olive Oil
2 T Pine Nuts
2 Cloves Garlic
Salt to taste
1/2 C Grated Parmesan
Preparation
Remove all tough stems from basil. To measure, pack leaves gently but firmly in a measuring cup without crushing the leaves. Combine all in food processor. Add more cheese, s & p to taste.
