Ingredients
1 bunch fresh basil (about 3 cups)
1 teaspoon salt
3-4 garlic cloves, peeled and cut in half
3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted lightly
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Put basil, salt, garlic and pine nuts in a food processor and puree. While machine is running, add olive oil in a thin stream. Put in bowl and mix in grated cheese.
